When applying for a visa in the Bangalore jurisdiction, it is essential for the applicant to provide the necessary proof of residency.
For all the categories of visa, the Residency proof must be provided either any of the following documents, except for Religious category (for whom the certificates coming from the Congregation will be sufficient):
- Lease contract (attested)
- Electricity or gas or water or phone bill
- Aadhar card
- Personal bank statement
