VFS has received the list of travel agents and companies successfully registered by the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Mumbai.
The acceptance of visa applications submitted by the registered Travel Agencies and companies in Consulate General jurisdiction will commence from 01 November 2024.
The requirements are as below:
- All applications submitted by registered agencies must have the agency details, such as agency name, establishment time, courier person name and contact number, and have the names of the applicants who have authorized the travel agency to submit the application on their behalf on the agency letter head.
- An authorized letter from the applicant is required, wherein the applicant needs to mention that the said registered agency will submit the application on their behalf.
- The registered travel agency will put their stamp on the top right-hand side of the form.
If the above requirements are not met, the application will not be accepted.
