Submission by Courier
Once you receive notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport, please send your documents via any courier company of your choosing to the VAC.
- The passport request letter you received from IRCC
- A Valid passport or travel document
- A copy of your biometrics sticker or your biometric ID number which can be obtained from your GcKey account, if applicable
- Your contact information, including your email, phone number and return address
- The Visa Application Centre consent form - there should be one consent form per application
- Any other documents or information requested in the passport request letter from IRCC
