The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi is temporarily suspending visa appointment registrations for April in the VFS system. However, applications for work and study visas will continue to be processed via the e-Consulate. Registration for appointments in other categories will resume no later than 1 April 2025.
From 26 to 28 March and on 1 April 2025, applications for reconsideration of visa decisions will only be accepted directly at the Consular Section of the Embassy. VFS Global VACs will not accept applications on these dates. Additionally, the Embassy will remain closed on 31 March 2025.
