Myanmar has temporarily suspended Tourist eVisa applications due to technical difficulties resulting from a recent earthquake, which affected several online eVisa servers.
However, travellers who already possess approved Tourist eVisas or valid Tourist Visas issued by Myanmar embassies will still be allowed to enter and exit the country through designated international entry and exit points.
The Ministry confirmed that online Business eVisa applications are not impacted and will continue to be accepted and processed as usual.
