With effect from 05 January 2026, all China visa applications will require the following additional documents:
- Chinese company registration (Business License), and
- Inviter’s Chinese National ID with a watermark clearly stating the purpose and the applicant’s details (full name as per passport and passport number).
It is essential that these details are either typed directly on the documents or included as a watermark. Handwritten information will not be accepted. Kindly ensure these documents are provided with all new applications submitted.
