Effective 20 April 2026, the Consulate-General of Japan in Mumbai will appoint VFS Global to facilitate the Japan visa application process. From this date onward, the Consulate will no longer accept visa applications directly from applicants.
For all visa-related inquiries and application submissions, applicants are requested to contact VFS Global directly.
